THE REC-CAP PROJECT.
An evidence-based assessment & recovery planning instrument that provides a bridge from Treatment to Self-Directed Recovery.
Comprehensive Recovery Planning.
Rec-Cap is a recovery planning tool used to establish measurable, practical goals for achieving sobriety, health and wellness. Users and Navigators leverage experiential data across a variety of essential life functions. They form a partnership in recovery; a unit marshalled by guidance, compassion and expertise. Developed by Dr. David Best, Rec-CAP is an evidence-based tool that:
-Assesses an individual’s recovery strengths, barriers and unmet service needs
-Supports trained navigators to guide individuals in the execution of concrete recovery goals
-Delivers longitudinal measurement of recovery capital gains over quarterly intervals
